Joyce Chai
Co-founder, Creative DirectorJoyce followed a somewhat circuitous path to founding Present, but one where curiosity has consistently served as a compass. An LA native, she worked for a number of local, independent brands and establishments before beginning a career in design. With over a decade’s experience in branding for specialty businesses, Joyce specializes in creating beautiful brands imbued with nuance and meaning.
Michelle Jolliffe Saper
Co-founder, Technology DirectorMichelle brings energy and perspective to all projects. Her natural state is one that seeks variety and encourages possibility. Raised in a bi-lingual, bi-cultural household, she always embraces the pluralities in life. She pursued a degree in Political Science and a career in international business before discovering a knack for design and development. Her greatest happiness is leaving things better than she finds them.
